These Terms govern your use of Aremu ("Aremu", "we", "us") — the website aremu-ai.com and our job-matching service delivered over the web, WhatsApp, and Telegram. By using Aremu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Aremu helps job seekers discover and get matched to job openings using AI. We aggregate listings from public sources and partners and rank them against your stated preferences. Aremu is currently provided free of charge.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Aremu.

Your account

Your account is tied to your WhatsApp/phone number. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information so we can match you correctly.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't scrape, resell, or republish listings or data from Aremu without permission.
• Don't submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.

Job listings — important disclaimer

Listings are aggregated from third parties and employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, availability, or outcome of any listing, and we are not the employer. Always verify a role and never pay money to apply. Aremu is not responsible for the conduct of employers, recruiters, or other users, or for any hiring decision.

Messaging

By providing your number you consent to receive job-related messages from Aremu on WhatsApp or Telegram. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.

Intellectual property

The Aremu name, site, and software are owned by Aremu. These Terms don't grant you any right to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aremu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service, and may suspend or terminate access for misuse. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
